Наконечник дротика, мезолит Сахары
MESOLITHIC SPEAR POINT, ARROWHEAD. This prehistoric stone tool is 2 1/4" long, 1" wide, and a little over 1/4" thick. It is a spear or arrowhead, a tool that was used in everyday life thousands of years ago. To put its age into perspective, this was an ancient artifact before the pyramids were built. It was found in the Sahara Desert of North Africa and is the uniface style of the Mesolithic Era (Middle Stone Age), which dates back 6,000 to 8,000 years or more.
